Star Pipe Products made their entry into the Florida market back in July of 2001. When we initially opened our facility on General Drive, we started with 20,000 sqft under cover but within a few years we expanded to 40,000 sqft. In June, 2008 we moved to a brand new 67,000+ sqft facility located at 601 Gills Drive and continue to service our customers out of this facility today.

• Rishi Bhutada, Assistant CFO at Star Pipe, and his wife, Shradha, welcomed their firstborn son on Friday, May 6th at 10:36 AM in Methodist Hospital, Sugarland. Sahaj made his first appearance at 7 lbs 4 oz and 20.5 inches long. Mom and baby are doing fine and Ramesh & Kiran are ecstatic to be first-time grandparents. What an exciting time for their family! Please join me in welcoming this little one to the Star Pipe family.


• Blake Wegener, Star's Texas Territory Manager, and his wife, Katie, welcomed a 7 lb 4 oz baby boy on Wednesday, June 1st at 4:18 PM. William Harris Wegener is doing great and so is his momma. We are happy to have another addition to the Star Pipe family. Please join me in congratulating them!


• Girish Rathi, in Star's Purchasing department in Houston, and his wife Sheetal welcomed their son, Shubh Rathi, on Saturday, July 9th. Shubh arrived at 9.1 ounces and, already trying to be like his dad, was 24 inches in length! Sheetal is doing well and Shubh's big sister, Krupa, will be a big help with her new baby brother. We extend our congratulations and blessings to this sweet family.
