Summary

The Distribution Center Supervisor assists in all aspects of the distribution center including controlling costs, supervising warehouse staff, loading freight, customer relations and safety compliance.

Essential Functions

  • Supervises, trains, and directs warehouse staff and warehouse operations.
  • Assists in controlling warehouse costs.
  • Monitors packaging and loading of freight.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervision of employees
  • Shipping & Shipping Dock experience to include shipments of LTL, full truck loads, UPS and Fed Ex Air, and export containers.
  • Receiving experience to include checking products received in and processing receipts
  •  Inventory control (daily cycle counting) & ability to research inventory issues
  •  Forklift experience

Financial Analyst

Prepare annual financial statements, including preparation of audit schedules, trial balances, statements, adjusting/closing and GAAP entries. Produce financial statements, bank reconciliation, and account for revenues, receivable, expenditures, assets, and liabilities. Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepare balance sheets, profit, and loss statements, to summarize current and projected company financial position. Perform audits on contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement. Establish, modify, document, and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures with respect to International Accounting, specifically with Chinese subsidiary. Prepare and analyze product costing in manufacturing set up. Liaise with company’s accounting firm for all tax matters. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related and 1 year of experience. Global Manufacturing Systems Analyst

Global Manufacturing System Analyst: Design, implement and customize SyteLine Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the foundry system and incorporate the manufacturing process into the company’s ERP system. Migrate data from legacy system to SyteLine ERP package. Create forms, IDOs, and crystal reports. Develop requirements and continuous updates to localize the SyteLine ERP system to fulfill production planning, inventory management, cost and financial requirements. Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for sales of utility, plant, and/or plumbing products within a geographical sales territory. This will require identifying, creating, and growing the business through wholesale distribution, gaining specification listings with engineers, local and state approvals, and targeting projects through distributors.

Essential Functions
- Maintains and generates sales.
- Builds a network of contacts including wholesalers, engineers, local and state government contacts, and distributors.

Duties and Responsibilities

Summary
The Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative’s primary role is to support the Sales Department through direct interaction with customers by handling incoming calls, quotation requests and orders via phone, fax, and e-mail. Customer service duties include entering quotations and orders in the system, informing customers of back-orders and other relevant information, and providing data and submittals regarding the product.

Essential Functions
- Provides support, order processing, back-order information, and other relevant information to customers.
- Answers customer questions, resolves customer concerns, and directs customers to co-workers who can provide further support.

Summary
Product Manager will maintain the assigned product categories.
