Global Manufacturing System Analyst: Design, implement and customize SyteLine Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the foundry system and incorporate the manufacturing process into the company’s ERP system. Migrate data from legacy system to SyteLine ERP package. Create forms, IDOs, and crystal reports. Develop requirements and continuous updates to localize the SyteLine ERP system to fulfill production planning, inventory management, cost and financial requirements. Coordinate with the Manufacturing and Information Technology (IT) team globally, and integrate the customized ERP system with its domestic and international facilities.

Requires BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 1 year experience, of which 1 year must include experience with SyteLine ERP software for manufacturing environment.

Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for sales of utility, plant, and/or plumbing products within a geographical sales territory. This will require identifying, creating, and growing the business through wholesale distribution, gaining specification listings with engineers, local and state approvals, and targeting projects through distributors.

Essential Functions
- Maintains and generates sales.
- Builds a network of contacts including wholesalers, engineers, local and state government contacts, and distributors.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains and generates sales to current customer distributor base accounts.
- Identifies, sets up, and generates business through new distributor accounts.
- Identifies, sets up, and manages a network of independent utility, plant, and/or plumbing rep firms.
- Targets and sells projects to contractors through distributors.
- Maintains active opportunity/project log.
- Gains local and state municipality approvals.
- Gains engineering specification approvals.
- Prepares sales goals and forecasts.
- Assists in the development and roll-out of new products.
- Reports product trends, competitor offerings, customer needs, and market changes in a timely manner.

Customer Service/Inside Sales Rep

Summary
The Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative’s primary role is to support the Sales Department through direct interaction with customers by handling incoming calls, quotation requests and orders via phone, fax, and e-mail. Customer service duties include entering quotations and orders in the system, informing customers of back-orders and other relevant information, and providing data and submittals regarding the product.

Essential Functions
- Provides support, order processing, back-order information, and other relevant information to customers.
- Answers customer questions, resolves customer concerns, and directs customers to co-workers who can provide further support.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives, reviews, and enters customer orders.
- Facilitates resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order delivery process.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with an established base of accounts through excellent customer service.
- Handles inquiries about status, shipping, and standard pricing of products and/or services for all customers.
- Supports order tracking, price quoting, and scheduling.
- Responds to complaints and disputes within a reasonable limit of authority, and recognizes when to escalate customer service issues to the supervisor.

- Presents product promotions to customers to increase sales and customer awareness of products and services.

Summary
Product Manager will maintain the assigned product categories. Product Manager will be handling all technical and commercial aspects of the product, which include the following: responding technical queries to inside & outside sales/customers/engineers, handling cost/ price /margin analysis & new product development. National Plant Sales Manager

Summary
The National Plant Sales Manager (NPSM) is responsible for overseeing the selling of products to corporate clients in a multi-state region. Activities primarily consist of generating customer interest, qualifying opportunities and leads, building long term relationships with customers and closing deals.
